A sweet way to celebrate 100 days of school!
Before You Begin::
You will need construction paper or foam sheets, scissors, glue, glue, jewels, self-adhesive gems, or any other collage materials totalling 100 pieces per student.
Activity Goals: :
To create a decorative ice cream cone that commemorates finishing 100 days of school.
To explore shapes and counting.
Furthermore::
Children may use a single collage item type, or mix and match for a truly colorful treat.
Let's Get Started
STEP 1
Take an orange or brown sheet of paper or foam and cut into a cone shape.
STEP 2
Cut ice cream scoop shapes out of foam or construction paper in whichever "flavor" (color) you want.
STEP 3
Attach the scoops in a stack to the cone using glue, glue dots or tape.
STEP 4
Count out the collage piece "toppings" and glue them to the scoops.
