Before You Begin:
Set out 12" x 18" construction paper, washi tape, clear cover, yellow foam and small pieces of hook.
Activity Goals:
To learn about the menorah and Hanukkah.
Furthermore:
Learning about beliefs and customs across the world will enrich a child's education and help them to understand our universal similarities and differences.
Let's Get Started
STEP 1
Attach strips of washi tape to white paper to create a menorah and candles (without flames).
STEP 2
Use a 12" x 18" piece of construction paper to mount menorah.
STEP 3
Cover with crystal clear cover and glue on flames for candles made from pieces of yellow foam.
STEP 4
A different flame shape could be used for each night of Hanukkah.
